We extend our reach to every corner of the globe. For orders exceeding $100 USD, A.Cloud offers complimentary worldwide shipping. For orders under $100, a modest fee of $30 applies.

Upon receiving your order, our warehouse will process it within 24 hours on business days. Given that some bags are sourced from various locations and considering international shipping protocols, we recommend allocating up to 72 hours for order dispatch.

· Customs Tariffs and Charges
Please be advised that any customs duties and associated fees are the recipient's responsibility. These charges are determined by the destination country, based on the order's value and are subject to change. The exact amount is subject to the destination's customs policies and valuation practices.
· Tracking Your Order
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique order number. The tracking number will be shared in a subsequent email once your package is shipped. Please wait at least 12 hours for the tracking system to update before checking the status of your delivery.
·Delayed Deliveries
Should there be an unexpected delay, A.Cloud is dedicated to expediting the delivery process. However, we cannot be held liable or offer refunds for shipping delays caused by our courier partners or customs clearance procedures.
·Missing Packages
For any delivery or tracking concerns, contacting the courier service directly is often the quickest resolution. Occasionally, carriers may mark a shipment as "delivered" before it actually is, or they might require additional information from you to finalize the delivery.

Return & Exchange
Refund
We have 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please be informed that the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.*Please be informed that the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty and Repair Service
We stand behind the quality of our A.Cloud handbags. If within 3 months of receiving your handbag you encounter any issues such as a broken lock, handle, or the need for restitching, our team is ready to assist with complimentary repair services.
Shipping Considerations
While the repair service is free of charge, customers are responsible for the shipping costs to our facility. However, if the repair is necessary due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will gladly cover the shipping expenses.
Beyond the Warranty Period
For repairs required after the initial 3-month warranty period, customers will need to cover both the repair costs and the return shipping fees.
Normal Wear and Tear
Please be aware that the natural softening of the bag's shape from regular use is considered normal and is not classified as a defect. As such, we are unable to provide repairs for this type of wear. The cost of repairs can vary based on the severity of the damage.
